The Board Member Mastermind is an invitation-only course that aims to elevate the Board Member skill set and define strategies to secure new board opportunities. This 1 day practical mastermind features case studies from real companies, VC & PE perspectives on how board members are selected and strategies to be a value-add Board Director. Our objective is to equip our participants with the right tools to become an effective board director and find new board opportunities.

Renee Wynn
Renee Wynn, with over 30 years in federal government roles, notably excelled as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at NASA. In this capacity, she significantly improved NASA's cybersecurity, managed a $2 billion IT portfolio, and provided vital IT services for the International Space Station. Her tenure also included leading NASA’s transformation to centralized services, enhancing cybersecurity for complex space systems, and serving on NASA-level governing boards for major missions like Mars 2020 and the James Webb Space Telescope. Beyond NASA, Renee now contributes her extensive expertise in cybersecurity and digital transformation as a board member of Axonius, and actively participates in Advisory Boards for several cybersecurity and technology firms. She also engages in enriching various corporate and non-profit boards with her insights in digital strategies and cybersecurity.​
William Erbey
Bill Erbey, a seasoned entrepreneur and retired Chairman/CEO, has a four-decade track record of founding and growing companies in fields like loan servicing, real estate, and mortgage services, emphasizing innovative technology. He began his career at General Electric, eventually becoming President and COO of GE Mortgage Insurance Corporation. Erbey was also the CEO of Ocwen Financial Corporation, a key sub-prime servicer, and later its Executive Chairman. He chaired several companies he founded, including Altisource Portfolio Solutions and Front Yard Residential Corporation. His career is marked by a focus on transforming large, inefficient markets through technology. Erbey holds a BA in Economics from Allegheny College and an MBA from Harvard University.

Gerald A. Maccioli, MD, MBA, FCCM, FASA, is the Chief Medical Officer at HHS Technology Group (HTG) and a Venture Partner at Big Sky Capital VC. Yes, morning coffee with light breakfast, full lunch and executive dinner with drinks are all included in the prices.

We purposefully keep these sessions to under 10 participants and run these courses as an actual Board meeting.

No, our mastermind is Application only and approval is required. We review each application and ensure that each applicant brings value to other participants.

Our goal is to facilitate as many In Person masterminds as possible. There will be several instances where we will hold some courses virtually.
