Philip Guarino

With over 25 years of C-suite experience in over 50 countries, Philip has served as an executive, consultant, and advisor in various industries (e.g., consumer electronics, retail, luxury) and as an entrepreneur, founding several companies. He has collaborated with top firms like Bose, L’Oréal, and Google-acquired Wildfire, among others. Philip co-founded a successful AI firm in Europe, offering big data insights for brands such as Chanel and Burberry.

Currently, Philip is a Board Advisor in the US and Europe, aiding technology and consumer goods founders. He's also a Global Board Member of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, promoting a worldwide entrepreneurial community. Philip leads the Global Executive Forum for REF, organizing monthly meetings for leaders to exchange ideas and foster learning.

Philip, a Harvard College and Wharton School alumnus, is multiculturally versed (US, Italian, Argentinian) and fluent in five languages. Based in Paris, he's traveled to over 130 countries.

Robert Lamm chairs the Securities and Corporate Governance practice at The Gunster Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is an Independent Senior Advisor to the Deloitte Center for Board Effectiveness.

How much is this course?

Our 1 day Board Director mastermind is €950 per seat. We offer discounts for multiple seat purchases or corporate programs.

How long is the course?

This is a 1 day course, starting 9am - 5pm, followed by executive dinner & networking.

Who are the attendees of this course?

Executives, C-Level & Director level professionals, Investors.

I currently serve on few Boards. Should I attend?

Yes, this course is not only for novice Board members. We cover various strategies for experienced Board Directors & identify strategies for new Board opportunities.

Is this specific for any industry?

This is a sector and industry agnostic course. We have had executives from various industries and company sizes successfully complete this course.

Are meals provided?

Yes, morning coffee with light breakfast, full lunch and executive dinner with drinks are all included in the prices. 

How large are these masterminds? How many people attend a single session?

We purposefully keep these sessions to under 10 participants and run these courses as an actual Board meeting.

Can anyone attend this Board-Readiness program?

No, our mastermind is Application only and approval is required. We review each application and ensure that each applicant brings value to other participants. 

Is this mastermind held In Person or Virtual?

Our goal is to facilitate as many In Person masterminds as possible. There will be several instances where we will hold some courses virtually.
